Poseidon Studio S.R.L. ("Poseidon Studio," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment for our users, community, and infrastructure. This Abuse Policy outlines the types of activities we consider abusive and the actions we take when such activities are identified concerning our games, specifically ENDZ, and related services.

2. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using our services or interacting with our infrastructure:

• Network Exploitation: Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network without authorization.
• Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS): Overloading our infrastructure with malicious requests intended to disrupt services.
• Malware and Exploits: Distributing viruses, worms, Trojans, or engaging in the development or distribution of hacks, cheats, or automated bots for ENDZ.
• Spam and Phishing: Sending unsolicited communications or creating deceptive sites to steal user credentials.
• Harassment and Threats: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior towards other players or staff.

3. Reporting Abuse

If you suspect that our network, games, or services are being used for abusive purposes, or if you have encountered abusive behavior within our community, please report it immediately.

Please include relevant IP addresses, timestamps, logs, screenshots, and an explanation of the incident.

4. Investigation and Enforcement

Poseidon Studio S.R.L. investigates all credible reports of abuse. Depending on the severity of the violation, we may take the following actions:

• Permanent or temporary suspension of game accounts or access to services.
• IP blocking and infrastructure-level bans.
• Reporting incidents to relevant law enforcement agencies.
• Pursuing civil litigation for damages caused by the abusive behavior.

We reserve the right to revise this policy at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current Abuse Policy.
